Scope of application1.1 This privacy policy applies to all data collected, exchanged or disclosed in any way when using the JV (Jamaivu) website.1.2 By using the JV website, the visitor accepts this privacy policy.
Use and storage of data
1.1 LC (LayaniConsulting) collects, uses and stores certain non-personal data of visitors to its website for analysis and statistical purposes in order to improve its offers. This data does not allow the personal identification of the visitor.
2.2 LC collects, stores and processes data in Switzerland anonymously and on its own behalf. The data is not made available to third parties, with the exception of LC's partners in product processing. The data may be transferred to data centres abroad for storage purposes only. Visitor data is generally stored for a maximum period of 5 years.
Access and security measures
3.1 LC Company guarantees the portability of data in good time at the first request of the visitor to the extent that the data is identifiable.
3.2 LC complies with Swiss and European regulations on security and data protection and takes all appropriate measures to preserve data security. However, due to the nature of the Internet, LC cannot guarantee 100% the security or invulnerability of data communicated to it via digital means of communication.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
6.1 The contract between the customer and LC is exclusively governed by Swiss substantive law, to the exclusion of the provisions of private international law (with the exception of Art. 116 of the Swiss Federal Act on Private International Law, which authorises this choice of law) and to the exclusion of the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
6.2 The competent courts of LC's registered office (Fribourg (LC), Switzerland) shall have sole jurisdiction. However, and notwithstanding the foregoing, LC shall also be entitled to sue the customer before the competent court of his domicile or before any other court.

As a customer, you always have the possibility to contact the arbitration board of the European Commission. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
